Rental fees are billed monthly. Cancellation may be made at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Renters hold first right of refusal to purchase the rented site outright. Purchase pricing is negotiated case by case. A portion of rent paid may be applied toward the purchase price at Crush Trades's discretion.

Upon cancellation without purchase, all rights to the site, domain, and associated content revert to Crush Trades. Renters may retain any content they independently supplied (photos, business-specific text).

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Crush Trades's website are provided on an "as is" basis. Crush Trades makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Crush Trades does not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes for any rented or purchased site. Past performance of any site is not a guarantee of future results.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Crush Trades or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website, even if Crush Trades has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
